Description

 The Order Fulfillment Lead will report to the Order Fulfillment Supervisor and lead a team of 2-3 Order Fulfillment Specialists to maintain accurate inventory and order fulfillment of all wholesale orders. Daily tasks will encompass all activities from when the product is in final packaged form to order receipt and processing. This person will have daily communication with all key stakeholders while focused on meeting set targets weekly through standard work execution or optimization of existing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Apply labels, barcodes, and testing results to product containers.
  • Label and package all cannabis products in boxes for sale to the Dispensaries
  • Manage inventory, identify correct product, pack for shipment, and create required documentation for transportation.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Coordinator on delivery routing and scheduling.
  • Provide status updates on order progress and inventory tracking.
  • Work in State Tracking software (METRC) to split packages and maintain inventory counts.
  • Maintain communication via Teams chat, Outlook email.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
  • Supervising and developing those on their team 
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education
  • Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $18-20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.

Essential Job Functions
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily.
