Pre-Roll Supervisor   Post-Processing • Sinse Cherokee, St. Louis, MO • $26.00/hr • Full Benefits, 100% Company-Paid Premiums

Ready to lead a production team in one of Missouri's fastest-growing industries? Sinse Cannabis is hiring a Pre-Roll Supervisor at our Cherokee facility to run our Post-Processing Pre-Roll team — owning daily production, quality, and compliance for a crew of 10–20. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's as comfortable coaching a team as they are troubleshooting a jammed packaging line, on a Thursday–Sunday 4/10 schedule.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING AT SINSE
▪  Benefits that actually have your back. We cover 100% of individual premiums for health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
▪  Real leadership scope. Own production, quality, and compliance for a 10–20 person team — this isn't a lead-in-name-only role.
▪  Work-life balance built in. A Thursday–Sunday 4/10 schedule means three consecutive days off every week, plus paid time off and a generous employee discount.
▪  Grow with a Missouri cannabis leader. Sinse is one of the state's fastest-growing cannabis manufacturers, with real room to advance into Post-Processing management.

ABOUT BELEAF MEDICAL
BeLeaf Medical is one of Missouri's leading, vertically integrated cannabis companies — home to Sinse Cannabis and Swade Dispensaries. Sinse is our manufacturing brand, producing the flower, pre-rolls, and infused products that set the standard across the state, while Swade brings that product to patients and customers through dispensaries across St. Louis, Kansas City, and beyond. Every unit that leaves our Cherokee facility carries the Sinse name — which means every step of packaging, labeling, and quality control matters. Our Post-Processing team is the last checkpoint before product reaches the shelf, and we hold that responsibility with real pride.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Team Leadership & Production
▪  Oversee all functions of the Post-Processing Pre-Roll team, including scheduling, packaging production, rework, and batch record keeping.
▪  Review and execute daily production plans, developing solutions to barriers with support of the Post-Processing management team.
▪  Track employee progress and provide operators with training to keep the team current on process changes.
▪  Maintain data records around productivity and quality metrics, with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management.
Quality & Compliance
▪  Keep all packaging and labeling room processes up to date and compliant.
▪  Complete quality control audits as required across different process path functions.
▪  Input data into state compliance software and internal tracking systems, and keep SOPs current.
Equipment & Maintenance
▪  Support daily operation of production machines — troubleshooting, documenting practices, and scheduling maintenance.
▪  Diagnose, adjust, and maintain complex, high-speed industrial and packaging machinery, including setup, line balancing, and jam/rollback prevention.
▪  Apply working knowledge of PLC-controlled systems, HMI alarms, and basic ladder logic to support troubleshooting alongside maintenance and controls teams.
▪  Safely perform tag-in/tag-out (LOTO) procedures in accordance with facility safety standards.
▪  Perform routine adjustments and minor mechanical repairs — alignment, tensioning, lubrication, and component replacement.
▪  Manage inventory of packaging goods and consumables.

WHAT YOU BRING
▪  High school diploma or equivalent.
▪  Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop a production team.
▪  Strong mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience on automated production and packaging equipment.
▪  Comfort reviewing data and navigating Microsoft Suite applications.
▪  Detail-oriented with a skill for numbers and accurate record keeping.
▪  Effective communication skills across the department and support teams.
▪  Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Agent ID.
▪  Able to pass a comprehensive background check.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

▪  Able to sit and stand for extended periods and maneuver around a warehouse-type environment.
▪  Able to push carts and wheelbarrows of up to 50 lbs.
▪  Daily reaching or working above shoulder height.

PAY & SCHEDULE
▪  Pay: $26.00/hour, non-exempt.
▪  Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 7:00am–5:30pm (4/10 shift).
▪  Team: 10–20 direct reports.
▪  Status: Non-exempt, full-time position.
